I am SC and wife is LTVP. Both of us have never owned any property before. We have currently purchased a resale with me as sole owner and her name as occupier (correct me if i am wrong but I am unable to add her as a co-owner at this point in time). I have paid the BSD. When she obtains her PR, I would like to add her name in as a co-owner. At that time, would ABSD be in scope? If so, would we be eligible for ABSD remission? Thank you so much

Assuming this is a HDB flat, ABSD is not applicable. However, may I ask what's your reason to add her name in into the flat?
